LeTrésor offers shipping within the United Arab Emirates and internationally. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Shipping rates for your order will be displayed at checkout. Please note that customs and duty fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of your order. Domestic orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days after shipment, while international orders may take 21-30 business days depending on the shipping method and destination.

Please note that shipping times may be delayed due to customs processing times or unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or natural disasters. LeTrésor is not responsible for any such delays.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.

Lost or Stolen Packages

LeTrésor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating it.
